Abstract
Organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB) refers to the discretionary and not rewarded behaviors adopted by employees that go beyond the job description but have a positive impact on the organization. Personality being one of the best predictors of OCB, HEXACO latent profiles and the production of OCB will be explored.
