Appreciation of Differences: Diversity Seeking, Cultural Competence, and Flourishing in College Students

As universities are making efforts to become more culturally diverse, it is crucial to understand how approaches are in alignment with students' pursuits in diverse campus climates. This study probes college students' diversity-seeking orientation and provides empirical evidence supporting the relationships among diversity seeking and emotional wellbeing in college students.
