Abstract

Previous research has examined magical thinking and its relationship with OCD (Einstein and Menzies, 2004). The research did not assess magical thinking separately for men and women. Magical thinking appears to transcend sex differences; however, contamination subtypes and weight subtypes were predictive of OCD total scores for women.
