Abstract

Gamification, using game attributes in non-game systems, was utilized to develop a classroom activity for an undergraduate lecture on job analysis. Results suggest students reacted positively to the activity and self-reported increased knowledge. However, interest in job analysis did not increase from pre to post-activity.
