Abstract
College is often a time of sleep disturbance, and sleep problems have been linked to poor distress tolerance and emotional outcomes. Using self-reported measures, we found poor global sleep health and regularity were negatively associated with students' distress tolerance, which partially accounted for the association between sleep and internalizing symptoms.
