Abstract
Anti-mattering, fear of not mattering, acculturation stress, adaptability, support, loneliness, and well-being were examined among 186 international students during COVID-19. Anti-mattering and fear of not mattering were associated with higher acculturation stress and loneliness, and lower psychological well-being. Acculturation stress, loneliness and support mediated the link between anti-mattering and well-being.
