Crossover Effects of Parent Financial Stress on Child Job Search upon Graduation from College

Based on the crossover theory and the conservation of resources theory, this research will test whether parental financial stress would relate to child job search intensity and job search strain through child perceived financial stress. Additionally, we will investigate whether these relationships would be moderated by child intrinsic work motivation.
