Abstract

The present study aims to investigate how college students perceive individuals with schizophrenia, specifically how different levels of humanization affect stigmatization of schizophrenia. Results indicated that the diagnostic label of schizophrenia did not impact stigmatization. The utilization of pictures also did not influence stigmatization, except for reducing perceived dangerousness.
