Climate Negotiations Under the Uncertainty

Climate negotiations, such as the Paris Climate Agreement, have been studied using non-binding pledges to reach agreements. However, the approach suffers from unrealistic assumptions, we propose that introducing reputational costs against the free riders or violation of pledges may help us to prevent collective risks.
