Emotional Regulation and Personality Dimensions As Predictors of Psychopathology and Comorbid Insomnia: A Latent Growth Mixture Model Analysis

This study utilized a longitudinal repeated measure design to assess emotional regulation and personality dimensions as predictors of heightened anxiety and sleep efficiency. Latent growth mixture modeling was used to assess cluster heterogeneity and identified three distinct latent trajectories. Results concluded a significant relationship between several variables and outcome measures.
