Abstract

The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic has heightened TikTok usage more than ever before. This study evaluates the relationship between the Big Five personality traits and a series of variables representing different aspects of TikTok usage. A path analysis revealed neuroticism as a significant predictor of passive TikTok use.
