Flexible Self-Regulation: The Moderating Role of a Flexibility Mindset

Abstract
The flexibility sequence and flexibility mindset are theorized to work together to predict resilient outcomes and wellbeing. The current study found that the full sequential mediation path was significant, and also moderated by values of flexibility mindset variables.
