Abstract
This cross-sectional empirical study examined the impact of COVID-19 stressors on symptoms of distress. The results confirmed the previous studies that younger adults with prior traumatic experiences who lost income, experienced death in family, and provided family care during the pandemic were more at risk for the COVID-19 related distress.
