Abstract
People with diabetes treated with insulin are burdened with having to manage food, exercise, glucose, and insulin. We tested a digital health solution with a calculator that automatically recommends insulin doses using CGM. In a 30-day study, we found significant reductions in measures of diabetes distress as compared to baseline.
