Abstract

This study examined the differential impacts of resources and supports provided to federal employees in response to the COVID-19 pandemic on safety climate and future emergency preparedness. The results of relative weights analyses demonstrated that both safety climate and future emergency preparedness shared common resources and supports as top predictors.
