The Impact of Voice Climate Perceptions on Attitudinal and Work Outcomes during the COVID-19 Pandemic

Abstract
This study examined how voice climate (VC) perceptions, that is, how employees feel about offering opinions on how work processes might be improved, influence work attitudes during a crisis. Results showed that VC was positively related to job and organizational satisfaction, trust in leadership, future emergency preparedness, and performance.
