Abstract
This study examined how employees' perceptions of how their senior leaders and supervisors supported health and safety during the COVID-19 pandemic influenced their job attitudes. Results show supervisory and senior leadership support for employee health and safety were positively related to job and organizational satisfaction, employee engagement, and work performance.
