Abstract
A community sample of 161 individuals (101 women, 57 men, 3 non-binary) reported online help-seeking behavior. Of the 116 (72%) who reported seeking help, the most common primary issues were medical (15%) and psychological (19%). Age was related to help-seeking behavior with younger people more likely to seek help.
