Not All Continuance Commitments Are Created Equal: Evidence from Profile Analysis

The authors propose a framework of affective commitment and continuance commitment profiles. 5 profiles emerged from latent profile analysis: AC-dominant, AC-PS-dominant, FA-dominant, CC-dominant and moderately committed. We have also investigated the implications of the these profiles in relations to turnover intentions and citizenship behavior.
