Abstract
As workforces continue to grow more diverse, achieving inclusive work environments has become an important organizational goal. This large sample study assesses the relationship between Federal employee inclusion status and effectiveness outcomes. Results indicate benefits accrue from employee inclusion with significantly greater employee satisfaction and engagement, and lower turnover intentions.
