Abstract
Across developmental stages adults experience different life challenges that may impact mental health. Using Bayesian ANOVAs in a sample of 407 adults beginning psychotherapy, we found that adults at different developmental stages exhibit different numbers of mental health symptoms associated with the different challenges experienced at different developmental stages.
