Abstract
Describing majority's positive relations with refugees abstractly (e.g., why is important) vs. concretely (e.g., how it can be achieved) led to positive stereotypes (e.g., warmth) and emotions (e.g., admiration), intentions of increased help, and decreased exclusion toward refugees.
