Abstract
We will investigate self-criticism and experiential avoidance as coping modes, predicting state social anxiety and depression in an experience sampling paradigm. Participants will complete daily measures of current stressors and the aforementioned concepts when prompted by the ExpiWell app, as a test of the schema therapy model.
