Is Gender Bias at Play in the Perception of Selective Incivility Towards Women?: An Examination of Working Women across Two Studies

We examine whether working women perceive incivility from men as a form of gender bias and whether workgroup context impacts these perceptions. Across two studies, we find that working women perceive male-instigated incivility as gender bias; and the workgroup context does not moderate this relationship.
