Abstract
Individuals with emotional instability often use a variety of regulation strategies to manage negative affect. With a reported 4.66 billion individuals using the internet worldwide, the implications of technology use (e.g., smartphones, gaming, computers etc.) to regulate negative affective states is examined in this poster.
