Primal World Beliefs and Mental Simulation of Relationship Events: Implications for Perceived Partner Responsiveness and Relationship Quality

The current research examined the implications of primal world beliefs for mental simulation of future relationship events and romantic relationship quality. Perceiving the world as enticing predicted simulating a future characterized by partner acceptance, which predicted greater perceived partner responsiveness, satisfaction, and commitment.
