Abstract
We measured burnout levels in 102 crisis line workers and examined which personal, organizational, and COVID-19 worry variables were significant predictors of burnout. Results indicated that 54% of crisis line workers were burned out or at risk, and resilience was the sole significant predictor of burnout levels.
