Predicting Well-Being in Graduate Students Using Advisor and Cohort Support of Therapeutic Lifestyle Changes

This study investigated whether support of Therapeutic Lifestyle Changes (TLCs) by mentors and cohorts predicted overall well-being, satisfaction with the graduate program, and job stress. Results suggested that students who had cohorts and advisors who encouraged well-rounded healthy behaviors have higher overall well-being and satisfaction with their programs.
