Abstract
Expectancy violation (EV), a potential central ingredient of the gold standard treatments for OCD, can be measured by event related potential. This study demonstrates that EV can be malleable and assessed at the neural level, which can inform the efficacy of interventions for OCD, such as exposure and response prevention.
