I'm Recording You, Hey Me Too: Examining Police Experiences with Body-Worn Cameras

Drawing from a sample of 410 police officers, we present qualitative findings supporting the electronic performance monitoring (EPM) framework proposed in Ravid et al., (2020). We show that surveillance use of EPM is connected with negative employee attitudes and counterproductive behaviors, and transparency is associated with positive employee attitudes.
