Abstract
The human dimension of organizational sustainability is important in high stress industries. Resilience strengthened the effects of work engagement on wellbeing but not CWB. Results (N = 230) replicated and extended prior research to eastern (Indian) executives in the pharmaceutical industry and highlighted the need for resilience and engagement interventions.
