Abstract
This poster presents a completed empirical study examining the longitudinal effects that perceived discrimination, gratitude, and perceived stress have on later levels of insomnia among Black and Asian adults impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. Discrimination and perceived stress predicted higher levels of insomnia, and gratitude predicted lower levels of insomnia.
Racism and Discrimination
