Impact of Growth Versus Fixed Mindset on Impostor Phenomenon Among College Students

Individuals experiencing impostor phenomenon question their abilities and worth, which can negatively impact well-being. In our proposed experiment, we test whether the mindset a person has about their abilities contributes to impostor phenomenon. We hypothesize that a growth versus fixed mindset offers college students resilience to impostor phenomenon.
