Abstract

A sexism measure was developed, the gender privilege situational judgment test (GPSJT). GPSJT analysis showed measurement invariance as a function of gender, evidence of convergent and divergent validity. Latent profile analysis of cognitive-affective measures and GPSJT scores suggested measuring sexism through behavioral expectations explains variance not explained by cognitive-affective measures.
