Abstract
Consistent with previous research, the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (1999-2004), suggests that people who scored positive for major depressive disorder (MDD) consumed less fruit and vegetables than people who scored negative. There were no significant differences for MDD or GAD and consumption of fiber, omega-3s, or protein.
