The Association between Recognition of Cognitive Biases in Others and Need for Cognition

College students were presented with workplace scenarios where the employee either demonstrated a cognitive bias or not. A recognition score was created based on correctly identifying when the bias was present and when absent. The individual difference variable, Need for Cognition, was associated with accuracy of bias recognition.
