Abstract
This exploratory, single-arm trial enrolled adult participants (N=256) who completed an 8-week CBT-based, smartphone application-delivered, digital mental health intervention (DMHI) called Woebot Life (WB-LIFE). WB-LIFE features "Woebot", a relational agent. Results suggest that residentially vulnerable populations may benefit from WB-LIFE; however, additional research is warranted.
