Let's Get Visible: A Workplace Invisible Labor Measure

This study piloted a self-report measure of invisible workplace labor in a university setting. Most items referenced unseen student interactions. Initial analyses indicate that while additional refinement may be needed, the current measure may be a useful tool to track unseen yet important faculty tasks.
