The Relationship between Fixed Mindset and Mental Health Stigma

Abstract
This study examined correlates of mental health stigma including mental health literacy individual growth mindset. 124 undergraduates were surveyed via Qualtrics. Higher fixed mindset was significantly associated with greater anxiety stigma and higher overall stigma. Future implications for educational anti-stigma interventions are discussed.
