Abstract
This double-blind, placebo-controlled, cross-over study examined the effects of cannabidiol (CBD) on reward- and stress-related neurocognitive processes among individuals with opioid use disorder. Participants (n=10) received CBD 600mg or matching placebo on two separate days. CBD was associated with a significantly reduced cue-induced craving and attentional bias to drug-related cues.
