Abstract
College volunteers (N=490, 73% female) self-reported childhood maltreatment (5 types) and aggression. Moderate or greater severity of any one maltreatment type predicted greater Anger, Hostility, and Total Aggression. Higher levels of aggression were seen at three maltreatment types (Verbal and Indirect Aggression) and four or more maltreatment types (Physical Aggression).
