Abstract
We explored the treatment effect of integrating a breathing-based stress reduction protocol into alcohol treatment. During the COVID-19 period, a 4-week digital intervention was provided to 22 risky drinkers utilizing both telehealth and smartphone technology. Findings suggest digital intervention effectively reduced alcohol craving and stress levels in risky drinkers.
