Abstract
Collegiate mental health has been described as a crisis. This study examined relationships between depressed mood and elevated anxiety on executive function, working memory and processing speed. Sixty-four college-age individuals participated. Anxiety and depressed mood adversely impacted speed and accuracy with findings suggesting underlying mechanisms and arguing for early interventions.
