Abstract
This study investigated the co-development of a higher-order general psychopathology factor and high-risk personality traits over three years, from early- to mid-adolescence. Within-person spikes in anxiety sensitivity and impulsivity predicted subsequent spikes in general psychopathology, and general psychopathology predicted subsequent spikes in negative thinking.
