Does Empowering Leader Make You As a Happy and Healthy Employee?

Three-waves of data from Korean employees supported a moderated mediation model explaining the effects of empowering leadership on subjective well-being. Empowering leaders promoted psychological capital (hope, optimism, resiliency, and self-efficacy) of employees with high role clarity, which in turn increases their flourishing and reduces sleep problems.
