The Majority of Sexual Minority Men on Dating Apps Engage in Drunkorexia

Results demonstrated that 55.82% of the sample of sexual minority men seeking relationships endorsed engaging in drunkorexia at least once over the past 3 months. Participants who identified as Bears reported experiencing higher rates of pressure to engage in drunkorexia than participants who reported belonging to a non-shape-based gay subculture.
