Examining the Role of Program Supports in Head Start Teachers' Mental Health during the COVID-19 Onset

Abstract

Using the FACES 2019 data, this study will fill a gap in the literature by examining the effect of program supports on teachers' depression symptoms during the onset of COVID-19. We expect that teachers in programs with more supportive workplace policies and resources are less likely to report depression symptoms.
