Time Well Spent: Visualizing Time and Well-Being during the Pandemic

A qualitative visual narrative technique assessed time allocated to work, love, community, and self and the impact these allocations had on perceived well-being. Participants drew time diagrams of pre-pandemic, current, and ideal time.  Results suggested increased during the pandemic overlap between work/love and decreases in community time effected well-being.
