PTSD and Intentionality Perceptions Following Unfair Supervisor Treatment

Abstract
PTSD and workplace treatment influence employee functioning. Employees facing supervisor abuse may feel anxious or paranoid which might facilitate counter productive workplace behaviors (CWBs). Thus, we conducted an online experimental vignette study and found that following unfair supervisor treatment individuals with PTSD perceived more intent, and intent predicted CWB intentions.
