Abstract
Additional factors beyond trauma exposure and PTSD may influence transitional stress for veterans leaving service. The results of this study found that for Veterans, relational difficulties with immediate family, colleagues, and friends were associated with overall transition stress when controlling for trauma exposure and PTSD symptom severity.
